For us, social responsibility goes beyond what we do in our offices. It’s a commitment we consistently deliver through quality work, acting honestly and fairly in all our dealings and working to improve the quality of life for our people, our clients and the communities in which we impact. Making a difference to the world we live in is just one of the reasons our people feel proud to work with us.

Sustainability policy

We believe in living the values that we promote. 

Launched in September 2012, our policy reinforces these values around delivery themes relating to our business, our people, our facilities and our external relationships. Through our Policy and our regional Sustainability Action Plan, we implement practices that promote economic security, social betterment and environmental stewardship. It’s a cause we’ll continuously strive for improvement in all these areas. And it’s an important part of our success story.

We’ve created a region-wide environmental management system to control our impacts and outputs. In line with this, we calculate and report on our annual carbon footprint.

Community partnering

To support local community charities, we set up a partnering fund. Our staff have the opportunity to donate their skills and expertise to local charitable projects.
